Social work for judges to be (Discussion)

I work on the national school of judges from my country (Dominican Republic), and I have been ask for one of the Capacitation Managers for ideas to improve the social work the judges to be do. Now its limited to speeches in different communities, like in public schools and universities. But i dont think thats good enough, so im trying to convince her or at least giving her some breaking ideas to make it a little bit more interactive. Most of this places have not any kind of technologic tools or anything. Any help???

Hi Joddy There are some simple interactive strategies that can be used to get people thinking about the content of a lecture or a presentation. The first step is to develop a set of questions that are worthy of consideration by the audience. Bloom’s taxonomy is a good guide to develop analysis, synthesis and evaluation questions. Over the next little while I will put together some of the best stems of questions based on this taxonomy. Our work with professors in Germany on this topic have been valuable in developing these. Thanks a lot for ur help! Its so exciting to finally get an answer in here, i will find out a little more about this, never heard of it. Now im on vacations but i will take another “job break”and get involved in this topyc again.
